- Providing services to assist citizens who have been victims of crime in their needs through support, services, education, referrals and act as their liaison with legal and community resources.

- Home Visits
- A case manager and counselor will come to the home of the client and assist them with service inside of their home.
- Resource Access and Referrals
- Providing and identifying appropriate referral contact information
- Contacting agencies on the victim’s behalf
- Assist victim with applying for appropriate support services (VINE, Criminal Injury Compensation, etc.)
- Court Accompaniment
- Accompany victims and their families to court proceeding
- Court Education
- Educating children, parents and adults in how to be an effective witness during court proceedings
- Assisting victim in understanding the court procedures, court case processes and assisting them in completion of compensation forms, victim impact statements, and understanding attorney tactics.
- Financial Empowerment
- Support survivors who had experienced financial hardships rebuild
- Provide financial education, micro-enterprise loan, micro-loans, and match or savings for bank accounts
- Offer programs to assist with educational and workforce readiness
